You agree not to host or distribute:
- Illegal content (e.g., malware, pirated software, copyrighted material).
- Harmful software (e.g., viruses, exploits, DDoS tools).
- NSFW or adult content of any kind.

2. Account Responsibility

Keep your login credentials secure at all times.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Impersonating others or submitting false information is prohibited.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payments are billed monthly or based on the selected plan.
We accept standard payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
Refund Policy: Payments are final. Refunds may be issued only if a server is unusable due to our fault, and are granted at our sole discretion.

4. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms.
Engage in abusive or illegal activity.
Fail to pay for services in a timely manner.

5. Backups & Data Loss

We attempt to keep regular backups, but we do not guarantee availability or recovery.
You are encouraged to maintain your own backups regularly.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for downtime, performance issues, or data loss.
We are not responsible for financial or business losses caused by interruptions in service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and may be communicated via email.
